- Online Support – Our engineers will, with permission, take control of your PC over the Internet and resolve the issue remotely while you get on with your work.
- Onsite Support – If we think it’s necessary or at your request we will dispatch a rapid response engineer to attend to the problem on site. This engineer will be fully appraised of the issue.
